End-of-Career Assessment
Among life and career transitions, the end of a career is a particularly significant stage. It is often the least prepared for and least anticipated from a psychological and emotional perspective.
When someone has fully invested themselves in their job for their entire life, the end of their career can be a delicate turning point, especially when there is no clear idea of what to do next. This can be a time of doubt and questioning about one's role in society and life in general. Yet, the energy and desire are still there!
This is why the end of a career deserves special attention, as it is an opportunity to open a new chapter in life that aligns with one's deepest aspirations. After so many years of giving to others, whether in a professional or family context, the end-of-career assessment supports you during this transition and will provide you with new perspectives.

The end-of-career assessment adopts a hybrid approach, including coaching sessions and modules from the career assessment.
-
Introduction phase: Definition of objectives, discussion about change, and methodology
-
Six coaching sessions to explore emotions and smoothly initiate this life stage
-
Professional retrospective: Review of career path and achievements, skills and abilities
-
Exploration of strengths, talents, skills, knowledge
-
Future life project
-
Vocations and paths to explore
-

-
Action plan and project
The end-of-career assessment is organized over six months with two sessions per month, spaced 15 days apart. It combines 12 individual sessions and guided personal work.
At the end of your end-of-career assessment, you will receive a personalized and confidential summary incorporating the various topics discussed, the perspectives considered, and the action plan to help you realize your project. For assessments funded by your company, meeting points and discussions may be scheduled as necessary, depending on the situation.
