Whether considering a career progression, preparing for a career change, or simply seeking purpose, professional assessments provide a structured and supportive framework to clarify one’s choices.

SKILLS assessment

In-depth analysis of professional and personal skills, abilities, and motivations to identify suitable career and/or training pathways.

Career redesign

This program combines both the tools of career assessment with co-active coaching techniques. Each phase of the assessment is not only more in-depth but also incorporates coaching sessions to consciously integrate a professional project with a broader life project.

End-of-career assessment

Among life transitions and career changes, the end of one's career represents a particularly unique stage. It is often also the least prepared for and the least anticipated from a psychological and emotional standpoint.

This stage can be quite daunting, even though the energy and desire to contribute to society are still there!

SKILLS ASSESSMENT

A career assessment can address a variety of aspirations: advancing in your current role or company, clarifying your professional desires and projects, or gaining a better understanding of your strengths, talents, and preferences. It also helps you find meaning, gain perspective, or simply rediscover satisfaction in your professional life.

Key points of our career assessment:

  1. Clarification of goals and analysis of your career path​

  2. Introspection on your motivations, values, and ideal environment

  3. Active exploration: idea generation, career research, and real-world testing

  4. Decision-making support and structuring of a clear professional project

PROGRAM

Total duration of 24 hours, spread over 3-4 months, including:

  • 7 individual sessions of 1.5 hours, spaced 8 to 10 days apart

  • 15 hours of guided personal work between sessions

  • Tools: reflection workshops, career interest and work environment assessments, interactive workshops, career research.

CAREER REDESIGN

Feeling confused in your professional journey, looking for purpose or a new direction in your career? Our hybrid program ‘Career Redesign’ is crafted to help you clarify your aspirations, uncover your talents, and build a career project that truly reflects who you are.

 

Through individual sessions, proven exploration tools, and supportive follow-up, you will work on your fears and limiting beliefs, identify your strengths, explore new horizons, and create a concrete action plan to move forward with confidence towards your new professional life.

PROGRAM

Duration of 30 hours, spread over 4-5 months, including:

  • 10 individual sessions of 1.5 hours, spaced 10 to 15 days apart

  • 15 hours of guided personal work between sessions

  • Coaching on fears and limiting beliefs

​​

  • Tools: reflection workshops, career interest and work environment assessments, interactive workshops, career research.

 

  • Optional: HOGAN personality assessment

END-OF-CAREER ASSESSMENT

After dedicating one's entire life to their career, the end of one’s professional journey can be a delicate turning point, especially when there is no clear idea of what to do next. It can be a period of doubt and self-reflection regarding one's role in society and in life more broadly.

That’s why the end of a career deserves special attention, as it offers the opportunity to shape a new chapter of life, aligned with one’s deepest aspirations! After many years of giving, whether in a professional or family context, the end-of-career assessment supports you in this transition by offering new perspectives.

PROGRAM

Duration of 6 months, with 2 sessions per month, every 15 days.

  • 6 individual coaching sessions to explore emotions and smoothly initiate this life stage

  • 6 guided work sessions including:

    • Professional retrospective and key strengths

    • Future life project

    • Vocational exploration and potential paths

    • Field research phase and debrief

    • Action plan and project
