COACHING JOURNEY

  • Chemistry session: an initial meeting between coach and coachee to confirm the coaching match

  • Goal-setting session: a three-way meeting to align on objectives

  • Optional HOGAN assessment at the start of the program

  • Closing session to formalize key takeaways and next steps

  • Optional follow-up session at 3 months
